• The contact form — your name, email address, the department you're reaching, and your message.
• Membership applications — your name, email, year of birth, country of work and nationality, city, preferred language, membership category, organization details (if applicable), a description of your work, areas of interest, social media handles you choose to provide, how you heard about GASWT, and your motivation for joining.
• Career and Council applications — the details requested on the specific posting, which may include a CV or other documents you choose to upload.

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookie this site sets is a functional one that remembers your chosen display language.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to messages sent through the contact form.
• To review and process membership, career, volunteer and Council applications.
• To communicate with you about your application, membership, or a role you've applied for.
• To understand and improve GASWT's programmes and regional presence.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. How long we keep it

We retain application and contact information for as long as needed to process your request or application, maintain our membership records, and meet our own record-keeping obligations as a nonprofit alliance.
